  • Does the yearly plan also include the coaching cohort?

    No - the cohort has its own one-time enrollment, but yearly members get a discount code when each cohort opens.

  • Which lifts and movements do you cover in the daily programming?

    Mostly the main barbell lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press) with their main accessories, plus mobility and warm-up work. A conditioning track is coming next quarter.
