These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the digital products offered by Iron Path Coaching through this store. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

This store and the digital products offered through it are operated by Iron Path Coaching, the trader responsible for your purchase and your point of contact for any matter relating to it.

We sell access to digital content such as online communities, groups, channels, courses or other digital materials. All products are digital: we do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods.

When you place an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. Prices and what is included are shown before payment, which is processed by our payment processor (Stripe).

Access is delivered digitally, normally immediately after a successful payment. You are responsible for providing the correct account details required on the third-party platform(s) through which access is granted, and for keeping those credentials secure.

Access to the digital content may depend on one or more third-party platforms. Continued access requires that you hold a valid account on, and comply with the terms of, those platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes or account actions taken by third-party platforms that are outside our control.

You agree not to share, resell or redistribute your access, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the products for any unlawful, abusive or infringing purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms without refund.

All content provided remains the intellectual property of Iron Path Coaching or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access it for your own use only.

The products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that the content will meet your expectations or produce any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
