Iron Path Coaching ("we", "our", "us") operates this online store, which sells access to digital products. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have when you purchase or use what we offer.

When you place an order or contact us we collect the personal data you provide: your name, email address, billing information and order details. To deliver your purchase we also process the account identifier or username you use on the third-party platform through which access to the digital content is provided. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe); we never receive or store your full card number.

We use this data to process and deliver your order, grant and manage your access to the purchased digital content, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We process your data to perform the contract you enter into when you purchase, to comply with our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the store. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to operate the store — our payment processor and the third-party platform(s) used to deliver access — and with authorities where required by law.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to deliver your purchase, provide support, and meet legal and tax retention requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, or restriction of the processing of your personal data, and you may object to processing, by contacting us at support@ironpath.example. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
